The Default State of the Mind
Have you noticed the constant stream of thoughts that plays like a radio without an off switch? Most of us live trapped in mental chatter—repetitive, reactive, and limiting. We begin to identify with the voice in our head, believing that’s all we are.
But what if that’s not true?
Some walk through life barely present—so lost in thought they miss the beauty around them. We live filtered through mental labels and judgments, never seeing reality as it truly is. This, as wisdom traditions say, is a dream-like state—a spiritual sleep.
What Does Awakening Mean?
Just like waking from a nightmare and realizing it was only a dream, awakening means waking up to your true nature.
You are not just your roles or your stories. You are divine consciousness having a human experience.
You are the ocean, not just the wave.
You are I AM—a term found in both Biblical tradition and ancient Sanskrit (Aham Brahmasmi)—a being of light, wisdom, and infinite power.
